The city's academic institution, founded 844 in the Free District of Drakaër. Teaches magical theory and the elemental schools (Professor Amtyaslan and others), and is intertwined with the Guild of Scribes and Guild of Cartomancers. A rare neutral ground for scholarship in the Free City.
