The wild edge of Drakaër — Mardi-Gras-by-night, drunkards-by-day; brothels, gambling, the Dragon's Pool bathhouse, and the discreet brothel "Under The Dress." The only part of Drakaër that stays alive after dark, and a standing insult to the rest of the fief's righteousness. A district of Drakaër in the Upper City.
