The founding district of Drakaër — named for the feet of the Cynwäll Tower. Home to Dyrsin's Tower (the unofficial Cynwäll ambassador's residence, with a dragon landing area on one of the pillars), Fort Drakaër (the family seat), the sky station (the Ferrymen's dwarf/Cynwäll-built airship platform), the garrison and prison, the Perfect Tower (Guild of Architects HQ), and the Gilded Tower (Guild of Goldsmiths luxury mall and hotel). A district of Drakaër in the Upper City.
