New Shamir (embassy)

Our table substitutes New Shamir for source canon's Syharhalna embassy — same diplomatic role (one of the four official embassies in Cadwallon), reflavored to an ancient-Thailand aesthetic. Robes, lacquerwork, temple architecture, distinctive spice trade. Open question whether this is a rename or a wholesale replacement nation; decide as it comes up in play.
