The "exiled" elves (Cynwäll means exile) of the Ways of Light — the ancestral elven branch whose lost city Cadwallon is built upon. Self-proclaimed heirs of the Utopia of the Sphinx; represented today by the Republic of Lanever and the reclusive upper-city ambassador Dyrsin. A branch of the Elves.
